Subscriptions

Certain products may be offered as subscriptions from time to time. When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Your payment information will be stored securely, and you will be charged according to the subscription schedule shown at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, you may modify or cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order is processed. Instructions for managing your subscription will be provided in your order confirmation or customer account.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Refund Policy.

Pre-orders

Certain products may occasionally be available for pre-order before they are in stock. Payment terms and estimated fulfillment timing will be displayed at the time of purchase.

Pre-orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Refund Policy.
