10-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy

You have the right to return all products you have bought from www.pairrsocks.com for a store credit within 10 days of order delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and unwashed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will process your request within 48 hours and send you an email confirmation.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. You must submit a damage/wrong item request within 5 days of order delivery. Images must be clear and included in the request. We have a high standard and we commit to inspecting every product we sell.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products e.g. special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will make it right!

When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
