Giddy Up, It's Fall Race Season Lookbook | PAIRR
GIDDY UP,
IT'S FALL
RACE SEASON.
BREAKING NEWS:
TEMPERATURES DOWN
MILES UP

Giddy Up is about bringing that "let's f&*#ing go" energy, the kind that makes you fearlessly confident and gets you out the door on the days you don't WANT to.
Fall is change. It’s a time to harvest the fitness built over summer. As the temperatures drop, we get to test the answer to the question:
What is my body capable of?
It’s when après-run coffees with friends switch from iced to hot, and the days counting down to a start line get shorter.
Fall is about what’s to come. You have to change to grow. Carrying forward the simplicity of what has always worked while embracing the excitement of what’s next.

This visual journal for Fall 2026 was inspired by those two ideas.
THE SIMPLICITY OF THE PAST
Bubble TVs with wood paneling. Newspapers as breaking news to communicate. Familiar rituals. The things that worked then and still work now.
THE EXCITEMENT OF WHAT’S NEXT
Disco balls. The strangely satisfying feeling of opening a fridge door. And a banana duct-taped to a wall that somehow sold for $6.2 million.
A little nostalgic. A little unexpected.
GIDDY UP. IT’S RACE SEASON.
GIDDY
UP.
It's fall race season

IN
RHYTHM
The Toronto running community and the stories behind the people.
Shot by John Liu @johnwithlenses
MADDY
Growing up watching her dad Carlos run, Maddy found her own rhythm after moving to the city and taking on the challenge of training for her first marathon. She won HYROX Toronto doubles with Claire last year and competed in her first elite fields this year on the roads. She also knows all the best bakeries and après-run coffee spots in the city for us to enjoy. With her commitment and discipline, we know there are big things ahead for her.
CLAIRE
A girlboss herself, Claire is the co-founder of GirlsRunThe6ix, building a female-focused community around movement for runners of all levels in Toronto. A HYROX Toronto winner alongside Maddy, she also blazed a sub-3-hour marathon at Glass City this year. Next up: Chicago, where we have no doubt she’ll be lighting up the streets with speed and style!
JOHNNY
A former varsity rower, Johnny found his rhythm on the track- and he is FAST... Very SPICY fast. He loves a good race on the oval giving all the run fast, turn left energy. Always stylish, his latest vintage tracksuit finds a way to PAIRR just as well with his impressive track times.
MATT
Fresh off a huge personal best at CIM this winter, Matt is as quick and focused as he is fun to train with. There are plenty of laughs as PAIRR co-founder Kim chases him through workouts- usually while he’s sporting another exceptionally stylish pair of running shoes (and socks, of course).
ANDREW
A former Notre Dame collegiate runner who carried speed straight off the track to the roads. He is one of the founders of Rhythm performance run club in Toronto which has grown to be one of the fastest clubs in Canada. Andrew is heading to the World Championships in Copenhagen, bringing serious racing ability with an equally strong supply of jokes along the way.
SARAH
A celebrity in Toronto running community, Sarah is a coach, community builder and part of the Maurten team- so she knows a thing or two about fuelling the miles! Her famous weekly whiteboard and leisurely coffee-drinking pace keep things fun and relatable, all while she continues to compete at an elite level at distances from the 5K to the marathon.
